  1. Agree with this! Having seen this program up close and personal I would say enjoy your time.. spend time with your friends and family, maybe try and take a little vacation (covid permitting!), read for leisure or whatever hobby you have! Soon all of our lives will be consumed with anesthesia school. Exciting! but I think if you really wanted to do something the biochemistry basics stuff could be useful. But I know several people with no o chem background that were able to be successful. I have no o chem background! I’m winging it haha!
  2. Hi there! I live close to campus and have for 17 years.. I’m happy to help! Shoot me a message I can try and answer some questions!
  3. Excited to meet all of you next year!
  4. Congrats! See you next year! Congrats! See you next year!
  5. Mine was 30 minutes. I think they try and stay between 25-30 min . Good luck. ☺️ ETA: they do a little introduction from 0800-0830 and then do interviews in 30 min blocks. They will email out an exact time when you get closer to your date.
  6. I wouldn’t get discouraged! The way they explained it seems like they will utilize quite a few from the waitlist.. I could be wrong but thats the impression I got. I would imagine that once they conclude this first big round of interviews in November that they will start making decisions. Also, I know that this last year there were several that got into the program off of the waitlist and didn’t found out until late (I’m talking May...). There is hope! Don’t give up! Sending you all good luck!
  7. You guys will get an email from them with more Info.. I got mine a couple of days later. You’ll pay a deposit and that’s what secures your spot. ☺️
  8. Congrats!! Will be seeing ya next year!
  9. Good luck! I’m excited for you! I found out the same day I interviewed. I interviewed on a Friday morning and got a call that afternoon. They explain in the pre interview information session that a small percentage will get offers at the end of the week and then they are building a waitlist as they are interviewing for both cohorts.
  10. Id offer the same advice. I utilized CCRN review material and really studied all of the medications I was going to bring up. Good luck!!
  11. Just got the call, I’m in as well! So stoked to meet all of you and go on this crazy journey together!!
  12. Thank you for the tips! It’s truly appreciated! Congrats to you! Fingers crossed I’ll be joining you!
  13. Any tips on what kind of clinical heavy? Congrats!
  14. Last year I believe they started notifying of acceptance in November. did you interview? ☺️
  15. I saw that they said to anticipate being online from like 8-2? I know when they were doing in person interviews last year they gave a campus tour, a little introduction to the program, a tour of the lab etc. I’m curious if they will attempt the same but virtually. I’m not sure how they will break out and interview individuals though.. I know they had a roster before and called them in one by one last year.
