mid semester update

This is just an update on my progress so far. I thought I would be able to post weekly from the start but with the class workload, that seems to be impossible. Well we have hit mid terms and time seems to be really moving. A&P I must say is quite a challenge. Many times I have thought about quitting but I am determined to keep going. So far I'm averaging a 96% course total. Only 1 1/2 months to go until the end of the semester and I'm praying that I make it through. The road is rough and its only the beginning but I'm ready for whatever is to come. I'm sticking in there, hope everyone else is too.

Well pat yourself on the back for sticking to it and keeping your grades up! I have orientation Monday and I get really nervous because the higher level students make it sound SO hard.

Great job!! I just completed Fundamentals and start my first MedSurg on Monday....Nursing School thus far has been amazing, challenging but amazing lol...keep up the good work and always have faith that u can do it....we are all in the same boat :nurse:

Yeah, it sure has been a roller coaster ride for me too. Gotta keep my grades up in lab to pass the semester. But 8 more weeks to go before the end. Get ready for second semester and we will have two clinical rotations.

Thanks! The upper level classes do give us, what seems like horror stories, but believe it or not they are true. It is very hard but u have to have that drive to want to continue on. It requires a lot of time and strength but its worth it in the end. Good luck on ur upcoming class. Hoping that u stick it out. Congrats welcome to the student nurse world!

I hope u pass this semester I believe u will. U can do it. Im ready for what comes next. My class has been told that next semester is to be determined. Not sure if the school is gonna offer the next set of classes in the spring for us. There is a meeting next week so I guess we will find out then what is going to happen. I really don't want to have to sit out a whole semester I'm ready to keep moving forward. Good luck on next semester.
