What would be a cause of microscopic hematuria with no infection or abnormal BUN/Cr? There's also no recent trauma, exercise, sex, recent menstrual period, etc.

Possibly renal calculi, bladder tumor???

Glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, SLE, UTI, etc, etc, etc
Unfortunately this is a pretty non-specific finding.
Would a kidney tumor affect BUN/Cr?

I've had microscopic hematuria my whole life. I have glomerularnephritis/ IgA nephropathy. HTH's
When I'm experiencing an infection of some sort, the blood is extremely visible.
