I am partly writing this because I need some SERIOUS reassurance that I CAN DO THIS. 😓😓😓
I have a 9 month old baby whom is primarily cared for by my father in law (whom lives with us) while I'm in school. Except that, in 2 weeks he's scheduled for surgery. My husband works 7 days a week with the hopes of getting off 1x week for his Pop's recovery. Smh. My school is 1x hr away from home, whereas my work (20hrs/wk+) is 2hrs south from my college's location. I do have lots of family to babysit should I need them.
As for the class, I'm quite nervous. I've taken AP 1 & 2. 1 in summer with Chem and 2 in spring with 2 other classes, not bad, I passed.
What should I expect?

It's very fast paced (obviously), and expect to spend a lot of time reviewing basic bio concepts like genetics as those form a foundation for a lot of concepts. If you can, try to study and reinforce the material right after class everyday, rather than waiting till the weekend to cram. I managed an A while doing this and A&P II in 7 weeks and working 32 hours a week, so it is feasible with the right attitude. Lab was really fun too. Stay on top of the material and you will do fine :-)
You could also try tape recording your notes and listening to them on your commute?

If you have a decent professor it's definitely doable. Your time management skills need to be perfect though.

Yes you can do this. You do sound busy but with the determined mentality and good work ethics you should be able to do this. Definitely study and ready everyday.
I took 24 credit hours during summer and still passed with an A. My professor was great. Hopefully you have a great one also!!
