Microbiology??

Hi Y'all!!

I will start an ADN class in Fall of 07(sooooo far away!:sniff: ), but am going to get my generals out of the way this year. I will be taking microbiology this fall and have really no idea what to expect. Can anyone give me a heads up on what the class will be like and any helpfull hints y'all have??? I would so greatly appreciate it!!

I loved my Micro class. We collected our own bacteria. (got mine from my belly buttonm LOL)Kept it alive all semester long so we could do tests on it, and then at the end of the semester we used the Burgeys Manuel to figure out what our bacteria was by the results we performed on semester long. We had to write an "Unknown" report about the tests we did and a justification as to why we believed our bacteria was what we speculated it to be. It was awesome, the most fun I have had in a biology class. I even liked it more than Chemistry, which was hard as h-e- double hockey sticks, but had neat labs.
