Just wanted to pass along info on a Spring 2010 online Microbiology course with lab that still has space left. It's BIOS 244 (4 units) at Eastern Oregon University. The class starts March 29-June 11. Registration just started on Wednesday. I believe you can apply as a non-admitted student to take up to 8 units a term through the college. Great thing about EOU, is that they do not charge out-of-state tuition and all online courses are set prices. BIOS 244 is $556 (not as bad as some of the other schools that charge $200+/unit or even higher out-of-state fees)
Here's the link where you can find the class syllabus, lab manual and info on the professor (whom from the reviews on ratemyprofessor.com, doesn't seem like a bad guy, maybe a little boring in the class room though).
