Hi guys, It has been a while since I have visitied the site but I really enjoy the info. Last time I posted I was waiting to go to court for my LPN license and they denied my reinstatement again. I remain clean and sober but since I have not been able to work as a nurse money is tight and they wanted medical records and notarized letter from family and friends on my good moral character etc. I am not a lawyer and I got everything I could to them only to be shot down again the last time my license was due I did my CEU and sent my fee and they did not give me my license since it was on probation and this March they sent the renewal and I was in the same situation so I let it expire. I want to move out of state ( possibly Missouri ) I have looked up on the Internet what would be needed and I feel pretty confident that I can do this. Even if I have to test to get my license would be great. I just don't know how the waters are in Missouri so any assistance on job opportunities education requirements with the addiction background would be helpful.
Thanks Gisele

Unless you lie and say you've never had another license anywhere, any other state will probably give you a hard time about getting a license if you've had one suspended already. I don't recommend lying, either. That can come back and bite you big time.
