Even though its early I decided to create a forum. I see that they now want us to take the ATI TEAS instead of HESI A2. I heard that TEAS is more difficult than HESI A2, has anyone taken it yet??

Oh, they updated the website! I checked just last week and they still had the HESI on there in the testing section.
thanks so much. I wish I could do the full time as well. I haven’t found one person yet in the PT program.
Hey,
Glad to see that there is a post already here for Fall 2020. I have all my prereq done but my current gpa is 2.63 :(. Im hoping it goes up after completing this last semester Fall19 which I did pretty well in. Algebra (3rd time) B, MicroLab-A and Intro to Psy-A. I guessed you noticed that I have classes not currently required for the ASN program but I figured since I'm waiting why not start on some classes needed for BSN, right? For Spring20 I have enrolled to HUN1201, SYG2000 and SPN1120 and will start studying for the ATI Teas. I did Fail two natural science classes Chemisty lab-D retook passed with a B and Human anatomy and physiology 2-D retook passed with a C.
Natural Science classes:
A&P1 lec-B, A&P1 Lab-A, A&P2 Lec-D/C, A&P2 Lab-C, Chem Lec-C, Chem Lab-D/B, Micro Lec-B and Micro Lab-A.
I dont think my grades are very good but I'm Hoping if I do well on the Teas I can get into the program.
I'm applying for the generic Nursing full time program for Fall 2020. Just took my TEAS about a month ago. What I learned it to definitely focus on the science section! I have the TEAS secrets, and the TEAS manual study guide, and still, they pull some questions that I haven't seen in either manual.
I made the mistake by not honing in on that section, and I did horribly on science. Got a 68 overall because of it. My sciences GPA is 3.8 and my overall is 3.18. Getting nervous about getting in. If anyone has taken the TEAS, applied to the program and gotten in, please share!

I just looked on the website and seen which sections are required. I wonder why they changed the entrance test?
