does anyone know what the pay is for experienced new hires at mgh critical care units? thanks for your help in advance!

How many years experience? The pay rate is the same for all departments.

I'm a new grad on a surgical floor and made 26 and change on orientation, 29 and change off orientation. (not including differentials)
