Hi everyone -

Is anyone else applying for the MGH IHP ABSN January 2018 cohort?

If so, care to stress out with me? :)

I think it will be 100% email. This year was a different application process so it could potentially be different. Who knows!

I had hoped that MGH would provide complimentary stress relief for hypertension during this application experience. Not to be overly dramatic, but just for levity sake, I feel like I'm being tortured for crimes committed in a past life with this wait.

For real. Atleast we can treat ourselves while we wait for the results of admission. Good practice I guess...

I hate to be a Debbie downer.. but I'm starting to feel like they are going to wait until early next week. This really feels almost cruel though at this point. So drawn out!! I wonder if it's because this is the first year they used NursingCAS. Perhaps technical issues? I honestly don't know and that's just my guess. I'm in the exact same boat though- stressed out to the max!!!

@PeteC - That totally cracked me up! That's EXACTLY what it's like! Also, does anyone else have the same fear that I do about being put on the waitlist? It's better than being rejected, but then the wait starts again with no guarantee that you will ever hear from them! As I understand it, they do not tell you what your placement is on the waitlist so you could be first or last. Eek.
