Methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy

Does anyone have a policy and procedure written for administration of methotrexate by IM injection in the OB/GYN clinic or ER? I need one desperately. If not, does anyone have any current info that might help me write one?

it's been many years since i've given a methotrexate injuection. never for ob but rather for arthritic dx's. what i rmember that certain labs needed checking before the next injection. specifically ua for sure and h&h?.
