Methodist New Grad Residency (San Antonio) vs St Luke's Baptist

If you had to decide in between Methodist New Grad Residency vs working for St Luke's (Baptist Health System) which would you choose and why?

I'm a brand new baby nurse who is conflicted in between the two. ?

Both hospitals are offering the same type of unit, same shift but different pay (not by a lot)

If you've gone through the Methodist Residency Program can u tell me more about it please and thank you!

St Luke's is part of BHS and typically they pay more. Baptist has 2 level IV NICU in San Antonio. Methodist hasa new grad residency vs just orientation. I would speak to your professors and some veteran nurses to get some inside info!
