That usually means that they have completed your application process and have not moved forward with you :/ I have other previous applications at Methodist that said that when I was not selected to move forward with the job process. I talked to the recruited not long ago and she said all units (at least at Dallas) were done interviewing.

I interviewed last week and I was suppose to hear back this week but haven't received an offer or rejection yet. I've worked for Methodist and my last application also said process complete and I received an offer but with this one I haven't received anything yet. Just stressed 😫

it still says in process! I contacted the recruiter and she said offers have been extended so I didn't get the position

Sorey to hear you didn't get the position. I tried reaching out to the recruiter but no reply. Mine says process completed but haven't received any emails.

Just emailed her again, I honestly just want to know if I'm no longer being considered. IDK why they can't notify us.

Yea me too. They even reached out to ask if I also wanted to be considered for ortho unit but never heard anything else. Tried contacting the recruiter but no answers.
