On the offer from MRMC it says you get 5 incremental raises of 1.50 starting at 12 months. There is yearly performance increases too but I'm unsure about those specifics.

Thank you! Are there shift differentials too? I'm still waiting on my official offer, I only have the "soft" offer, and need to make a decision between this and another offer by tomorrow.

3.25 for evenings, 4.00 for nights, and 6.50 for weekends.

Hey guys:) I'm putting together a spreadsheet to send out to the younger cohorts at my school with information about residencies in Texas. I'm looking for information about base pay, differentials, pay increases, sign-on bonuses, etc. so if you've accepted an offer from a hospital at Methodist (or any other hospital in the DFW) & would like to share your salary information so I can include it — you can comment or PM me. Here's my current list if you're curious & if there are any discrepancies that you know of let me know.

1.50 pay increases over 3 years starting at 12 months 

3.25 for evenings, 4.00 for nights, and 6.50 for weekends

no sign on bonus
