Mercy Medical in Redding New Grad

Hi new grads! Just wondering if anyone else applied to Mercy Medical Center in Redding's new grad program. My application got sent to the manager... My fingers are crossed!

I received a call from HR for an interview. Is anyone familiar with Mercy's interview process? I'm wondering if you go through more than one interview. Good luck to us all!

I got an interview too! Do we know if there is more than one interview? For example I'm interviewing with 2 directors or nursing, director of education, and an HR person. Is there another interview after with nurse managers? Does anyone know how many people they will be interviewing for the 20 positions?

I was told they are scheduling 40 interviews for the 20 positions :)

They said they will be calling people through this week. Those not selected for an interview will receive an e-mail. HR told me that they received somewhere over 700 applications... SO congrats to everyone who got called for an interview. fiRN, I got an interview as well, and the e-mail HR sent me had the same people you mentioned for the interview panel. I don't know if there will be second interviews... Does anyone know how much Mercy pays new grads? In Sacramento at UCDMC they start at $44.60. I know the job posting says it is full time benefited position, but it doesn't allude to the hourly pay. Haha
