Hello,

My name is Aaron. Anybody else applied for the Spring cohort? I just heard back from the school and they told me they have been granted general admission into the school, but am waiting for them to admit me specifically into the program. I also applied to NYU but will most likely attend this school because the tuition is less and living expenses for 12 months in Iowa is not going to cost me an arm and a leg in student loans. I've heard some mixed reviews about the ABSN program online at various websites. Most people say positive things but I see some saying that the school is disorganized with clinicals and lectures. I also see some people say it is difficult to seek help from instructors at times. To be honest, for a 12 month ABSN, I expect things to get crazy in terms of work load, as long as it is things I can control. I am currently taking pathophysiology (which is one of the first classes taken when starting the program) and already took medical terminology in the Summer. I feel somewhat prepared coming into program. Anyone who also applied, and plans on attending, lets make a discord or group page to squad up for the semester!
