MERCY ABSN Spring 2021

Hi,

I plan on applying for the Spring 2021 ABSN program at Mercy College in the BRONX, NY. I'm sure there are many students looking for advice and support from other potential students as well. Feel free to leave any helpful tips, comments and the struggles that you may come across while applying.

Yea for now I’m apply to a few more for fall 2021 in December

Hey guys, 

All the people waiting to hear back.Today is the day we are suppose to hear back.Has anyone heard back yet??

I didn’t hear anything. I had already given up. 

Also it’s still saying submitted.

Same. I havent heard anything. Just called not too long ago. Paul said we will hear by today if not by the end of this week. I hope theres still a chance. Anyone apply to NYU also? 

@QKC @Michelle Ofori  keep me updated!! I hope we still have a chance if not its okay ?

Okay,Really the end of the week.Why is it taking so long for them to make a decision ughh.Hopefully that’s a good thing then and no I’m looking into NYU for the fall 2022.

When I contacted my counselor I was told they are waiting for ppl who already got accepted to pay their deposits. I am guessing we will be considered if those ppl did not pay or chose to go to another school.

I really hope so.I would literally cry if I got in.I’ve been praying and working on getting into nursing school for 7 years now.?

I’m waiting for a decision from NYU as well.

What are the requirements for NYU btw?

@Michelle Ofori its roughly the same just more pre-reqs about 7 in total but even if you don't have it all u can still apply for the non accelerated one which is just one semester more than the accelerated program. 

ugh almost half way through the day and still nothing. I really don't want to wait til the end of the week. probably just going to give up also at this point

Alright thanks I’ll look into nyu for the fall.
