ok, so let me start by saying i have never found a pair of unisex scrub bottoms that fits me. for them to be long enough in the legs, the waist seems like it is double my width. when i try the tall and thin scrubs, there is no crotch to speak of, they feel like they are falling off all the time, and they tend to taper at the legs.
does anyone have any experience shopping for men's scrubs? if so, where have you found any?
i am reluctant to order any plain ones online because i never know if they will fit or be comfortable, let alone the fancy-brand-name-designer ensembles.
i am tempted to try and make my own, even though i know what a disaster that would likely be. they don't look too involved and i might remember a little something about sewing from middle school home-ec once i have put a needle through my hand a few times.

Well, I like the feel of Landau scrubs, but the only thing I don't like is how easily stuff seems to fall out of the pockets (cargos). I really like the look and feel of Tafford scrub pants for men, but the waist is only elastic and has a tendency to fall down (unless there isn't much stuff in your pockets). I totally hate scrub shopping, so if you find a great pair, let me know!

I have read that a lot of guys like the aviator scrubs so I too ordered some and really like it. If you are concerned with the length and fit, you can order from them to try it to see if the size fits. Also you can add length to the scrubs to whichever inseam length you want it to be. The only thing is that you have to pay for shipping when you return the tried on clothes to see what size you are, but the material is great and durable. Their online site is aviatorscrubs.com. Hope this helps.

I'm not a guy but if I were I would look into paramedic style cargo pants and probably wear those. I've considered ordering some even though I'm a gal.
