Is anyone applying to MHRI CRNA school in RI to start next year (2017)? For all the current students and alumni, any insights and advices? Please feel free to post your messages. 😀

I only applied to this school since I don't have CCRN or GRE yet. they don't require them.

It seems a bit bizarre that none of us have heard. Last year, they started sending invitations by Oct 15. But it's only like 10 of us in here out of 150 applicants. There is a chance that other people have heard back but just none of us in this forum.

Again, nothing we can do about it but wait.

Hi everyone, I also applied and have not heard anything back yet. I was happy to see this thread though! It made me feel a little better to not be the only one who hasn't heard back at this point!

I'm starting to worry though because they are also not answering phone calls. Hopefully we are over reacting and we will be the class of 2017. Fingers crossed.

Hi all, I got an email this morning asking to resend one of my transcripts. Looks like it was lost in the mail. I think that means it's safe to say they're still sifting through everyone's applications.

That's great! Just curious to know did they send you a card saying they had received your completed app and would be in touch if there were questions or to set up an interview? I recieved that like 2 wks after the deadline but didn't hear anything else?

Yes, I received the same postcard around that time but today was the first I've heard from them. I sent my application in at the beginning of September so it seems they are just looking through it now.

I know someone who applied last year. They got an email in the 1st week of November. So hopefully we should hear something soon!
