well today i got so excited cause i saw the fedex truck in front of my house, but it was just xmas presents, lol, no letter yet, i wonder why they fedex the letters? have u heard of anybody else getting in? you are the only person that has posted online.

I have not heard or seen anything about the other students. I will keep my fingers crossed for you, I know how stressful it is to wait for that letter to arrive. I almost missed my letter, the wind had blown it into my front yard and I only happened to spot it as I was pulling out of my driveway. The only reason I checked to see what it was is because I had just recently put my house up for sale and did not want what I thought was garbage in my front yard. When I seen it was my letter I about had a code brown incident right then and there. Lol. Keep me posted if you receive anything.

That is funny I made sure to check my front yard.lol., I just fedex'd them my final transcripts yesterday, I was missing the second chemistry and this semester just finished, so transcripts just became available. i Really like this program and I hope I get in. The wait is a horrible feeling., I will keep you posted on my status.

Hi, congrats on receiving an acceptance letter. I am anxiously awaiting a letter. I'm probably going to email Mark Monday morning. Don"t feel too bad about leaving the mountains...we have the beach here in RI & a three hour drive will get you to the mountains.

Congrats on your acceptance! So great...now go get em! On a selfish note I am sorry to hear that Utah has heard because I'm thinking they would probably send them all out at once...or within a few days of one another. UUUGGGHHH! FedEx brought me a cell phone the other day and when I saw the guy standing there I just froze and said "who's it from"...as if there was a bomb in the package...he was ust like "uuuhhh, verizon". Anyhow, we shall see. I don't like the "life in limbo" feeling at all. Good luck everyone! Maybe i'll give an email on monday too...not a bad idea. We are in the middle of a blizzaed here in Mass so there will be no FedEx anywhere. I don't think he'll mind a quick email.

i received the letter from MHORI today, it said that i wasnt selected for the next class, but that i was placed on the alternate list, so there is some little chance.lol. good luck to those that are in this upcoming year. i will definately try and get in next year. if any of you guys are willing to share ure stats to c how i compare, it will be appreciated, thanks.

Hey There!

I got the very same letter.."in the event that someone withdraws you would be considered for the seat". I wonder how many alternates there are? I do know someone that interviewed and did not get the same letter as we did so I guess most don't get to be an alternate....so its like we've made the team and we are on the bench right now..but at least we are on the bench! ha ha. anyhow I'm with you, very motivated to do whatever I need to do to get in next spring. I look at it like another year to save money...maybe this is a blessing. Congrats to you! I was chatting with the nurse educator at work last night and she works at lots of hospitals and knows lots of people who have applied and very few have even gotten an interview and noone she knows has gotten alternate so we are doing something right. And I don't know about you but I feel with everyone of my bones that I'm in for next spring...this is what we are supposed to do and there is always a process to getting where you are supposed to be and the wait is going to make it that much more enjoyable. Yes, well I am glad I did make the alternate list, but i know chances of getting in as an alternate are slim since they only take 9 students. I wonder how many students make the alternate list. Send me your email so that i can ask you questions and we can compare stats, where do you live? Im from Miami, FL. I really hope that are chances of getting in are greater next year since we made the list. Good luck to you also!
