Okay that makes me feel better I was starting to get worried! I wonder when we will be getting them. I spoke to the recruiter on Friday and he said early this week but it’s already Wednesday so I’m just hoping for the best!

Same here! I spoke to the recruiter and he mentioned that it would take a while but not to worry so I think we'll be OK. I just need to be patient LOL
Hi there! I just got my offer letter this morning for the NICU at Children's Memorial Hermann. Letter itself doesnt give much detail at all. This may be a stupid question but does anyone know what kind of benefits they offer with the residency program (health insurance, time off, ect.)? I didn't want to ask during my interview and my offer letter only specifies the hourly rate.
Any info would be appreciated! Also, congratulations to eveyone! Hope to meet some of yall soon!

Congrats! I just got my offer letter for the NICU at Children's as well. Do you by chance know anything about benefits (health insurance, time off), schedule/shift patterns, or the structure of the program in general? I wanted to ask during my interview but decided not for some reason.
Looking forward to meeting you!

At first (for every residency at MH) you'll see a new "application" come through aka your position in the program. Then you'll get the tasks (one of the tasks should be your offer letter) and a second email actual offer email with details for on boarding and some timeline dates coming up. Each dept. seems to go at their own pace, but I believe if you look at your offer letter in your tasks it says you have 72hrs to respond.

I'm in the Neurology dept, as a Neuro Acute Care RN resident, In my email I was directed to these two pages for benefits info and that my department manager would be able to give me more information. I was told we also start the residency in 8hr shifts and work our way to 12hr shifts.
Congratulations to all you for graduating nursing school and passing the NCLEX. Also congrats on accepting new positions. The nursing world needs you all. There will be good days and not so good days during orientation and in your career. Always remember why you wanted to become a nurse. Good luck and I wish you all the best!

So I accepted a verbal offer last week and just got an email with next steps telling me to e-sign my offer letter and complete my tasks on Workday but I signed into my MH Workday portal and I’m confused on where to find that? It says “no tasks to complete” under my candidate home but my status says “in offer progress”... am I dumb or can someone help point me in the right direction so I can avoid calling HR
