Hi! I went to pre-match day and applied to TMC as my first and second choices but with different units! They just sent me an email yesterday (May 21st) regarding the nurse residency questionnaire and behavioral assessments! So, I'm in the process of filling those out.

That's great! Do you know if they send the questionnaire out early to applicants who went to pre-match day? Based on the spring residency thread created, it seemed most people got the questionaire later on in the application process. What areas did you apply to if you don't mind me asking?

So, I submitted my application about two days before the pre-match day. I put down Pedi IMU and Ortho Trauma as my desired units. I went with a few of my classmate friends, and they all pref different areas like L&D, ER, ICU, etc. Two of my friends applied with L&D as their desired area, and both submitted their applications the night before the pre-match event, but only one of them has received the questionnaire and assessment so far! I have no idea how they are sending out the questionnaires... It may be based on the preferred hospital?? I can keep you posted!

How was pre-match day?

Pre-match was good. They had an exhibit area with varied units that are hiring in the TMC.

There was a conference with a detailed overview of the units, training period, patient-to-nurse ratio. They really did a good job at selling themselves and making it a fun easy-going event.

Applied on 5/15 for TMC first choice. Received and completed the behavioral assessment and questionnaire on 5/21.

They did mention during pre-match that those selected for interview will hear before June 22nd, and the match day will be June 25th and 26th.

Hello all..I applied on 5/15 for the Southeast location ER as my first choice and Pearland L&D as my second choice. I have yet to hear anything or receive any emails. I did read on the website that we would not be hearing if we have been accepted till after June 2nd when the residency closes.

Hi everyone. I applied on 5/23 with Children's PICU as my 1st choice and TMC ER as my 2nd. I received the behavioral assessment this morning! Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck to everyone!
