Memorial Hermann Fall Residency Program 2023

Hey all, 

I applied for Memorial Hermann Nurse Residency Program for Fall 2023. I applied May 10th. Based on schedule they should start inviting people for interviews this week and yesterday was a holiday. Curious to know has anyone heard anything from a recruiter for interview yet (at any location)?

My friend interviewed, she got an offer on the spot and another one shortly after. I interviewed but still anxiously waiting?

I'm still haven't heard back from my interview either. Hoping we both got it and hear back soon ?

Yep, I feel like mine went very well but I'm patiently waiting. If it's meant for us, it'll happen!

I interviewed on 6/5 and 6/6, both in person. I'm lowkey depressed and anxious because my friend got an offer right away. They must not like me ? Im not sure if I sounded insincere but I was told to go in with confidence ;-;

Don't let that discourage you! Sometimes it's not even the hiring managers, it's HR that moves a bit slower but only because there's a high volume of people applying right now across ALL the hospitals, so it may take a minute. Give it at least a week from your interview date, and then if you haven't heard anything, gently follow up with the recruiter to see if there's an update ? Interviewing is stressful, but you got this!
