   A bigger issue (pun intended) is staff leaving the unit to smoke cigarettes several times a shift and leaving nonsmoking staff to cover for them when they smoke.

    Most nurses have to work some holidays. I knew this before starting. I work as scheduled.

    Work in fast-paced unit, different patients every day, decent money, wife happy, don't have to wear different clothes every day. Did I mention the part about eating good every day?
