   80 in my adn program, and now still 80 in my bsn program with some classes requiring 80 average on certain groups of assignments. I guess I'll never get below an eighty again :/

   Come on up to VA, we have it all. Beaches and mountains all within an hour's drive. Pay and work as a nurse here is great too.

   Mostly 12s with some who work 8s, but the ones who work 8s seem to have been there forever.

5. Where to start?

   At my hospital we usually get assigned 5 to 6 patients, which is pretty difficult as a new grad myself. But it's definitely manageable, and makes you really appreciate a night when the census is low and you have 4.
