   I emailed the nursing dept today. They said that we will be given a registration form for our classes when we attend the orientation on December 3rd. So, basically we lay low until then:)

   I planned on only applying to COM but I decided tonight to go ahead and apply to UTMB's BACC2 program that starts in May 2014 (just for back-up)

   Just called COM and got an update. There was a total of 68 applicants for the Spring 2014 ADN program. They are going to accept between 45 to 50 students. LETTERS WILL GO OUT THIS WEEK :) Good luck to everyone.

    I think if they have 50 applicants that meet the min requirements they will take all 50 but I'm not def on that. Will someone call tomorrow around lunch time and I will call them at 5pm tomorrow. They said they would try to get the acceptance letters...

    Just called they said there are 40 applications as of today. Also, they said last Spring they accepted people who had 104+ points. Due to some people not finishing their shots or deciding not to do the program they took people who only had 96 points.

    Does anyone know if I'm suppose to get a background check and drug test now? I read on the COM orientation packet that the background check had to be done prior. (Module 4 on the packet)
