   I work at an ER in Ft. Smith Arkansas. Our policy states we hang heparin, and nitro on an onmi pump with NS. Protocal is a 5,000 unit bolus of heparin with a drip of 1,000 units /hr The Nitro is at 5mcg/min titrated as needed. t.sandoval
