   Suzanne, I know you highly recommend Saunder's book. And I am using the comprehensive one. I want to know, in order to be ready for the exam, what is percentage I should reach? Recently my score is like 80-85%, is it ready for scheduling the exam?

   For NY BON, Credentials Verification form is not included in the visa screen application. You have to submit it to CGFNS.

   Thank you for sharing. Mine and your friend's case are the same. If your friend receives any news from USCIS, can you post it here? PERM, H1 B are not for nurse. Hope those good news that benefit to nurses will effect soon not just in " discuss".

   Thank you for your reply. You know, I am so unlucky. You know, from Jan 1, 2005 I-140 and I-485 can not be submit on the same time. I sent my I-140 and I-485 out via overnight mail on Dec 30, 2004, and supposed the mail will arrive on Dec31, 2004, so...

    Hi, I filed my I-140 at the end of December, but I havent received the receipt yet. It has been 4 weeks. Anybody who had ever filed I-140 can tell me, usually how many days will receive the receipt notice?
