   It never occurred to me to be ashamed. It is the one thing I am most proud of, after my daughter. We are one of the few service occupations still well thought of by the American public.

2. Offended by Prayer

   Pray silently to yourself. Don't say anything aloud or so anyone else will know. You have sent a prayer to aid the dying individual in their journey and it should be without reference to any particular religious path.
