    What is a max tidal volume without causing damage to the lungs? You see 500-650 as the norm, and in my very young career I haven't questioned that yet. Thanks for the quick lesson. I love this site because of the access to all of the experience!!!!!!

  6. The first hour of your day sets the tone for the rest of the shift. Getting report, vitals, assessment, and meds passed by 10am is the benchmark that I use. Some days I get it some days I don't. Good luck to you!!
