   What do you all think about Physician workload? it seemed that they could not be there enough. We would have to do mounds of paper work to send the pt to the ER because the DR could not see the pt that week. Lord forbid any med changes...

   Anyone who has worked in LTC see's that there is an issue. I wonder what you all think is the stem of these issues (ie. infections, bed sores, ER transfers ect...), but more importantly how do we fix the problem? Do we need more state and federal fun...
