    Ok, Thanks. I'll get back with the Dx's. What about the different meds used during the 4 stages of labor? I honestly don't know whether or not I'll be seeing another delivery? Thanks again!

    I'm in my OB rotation. I observed a c/s. My instructor asked us to provide, for each stage of labor (all 4) 3 interventions and rationale's for each. In addition, for each stage, 2 Nursing Dx (1 psych & 1 physical) for each stage AND medications...
