   well, i suggest you take the local board if you're planning to work here first. i mean, u already passed nclex and i believe NLE is way easier so u don't have to worry that much.

   thank your for replying. uhm, i tried what you've said and it wasn't easy. I have to spend quite a some of money for printing and travel expenses. I still have to submit at least 10 applications and if nothing happens, i don't know what i'm going to ...

   i don't think these hospitals really hire nurses right away. the trend right now is that hospitals require training first. and when i say training, the nurse has to pay a certain amount in order for her or him to be enrolled.. =(

   hi.. we share the same problem.. i am licensed already but i also don't know where to apply.. i tried 2 hospitals you have mentioned (UST and CAPMED).. ust hospital reuires a passing rate of 80% and above national kidney institute requires IVT licens...
