   the gas and air was great until it made me throw up then i had the pethadine because my contractions were not stopping, not even for a second, then i only had the epidurial coz the pethadine made me sleepy so i thought the epi would make the contract...

   im not a nurse but had a bed bath after having my daughter and i found it easier to relax because the nurse was friendly, she was also quick but gental.
