i am fairly ok with my coworkers, we are like a little family on my unit. some patients can be a little anoyying. visitors can definately drive you crazy and sometimes they increase the patients anxiety.
I work in nyc in a very large hospital and management is still hiring nurses. I work in a burn unit and we currently have nurses on orientation for permanent positions. (and new grads are welcome!)
I am very interested in telephone triage!! what experiences do I need?? I would put off mentioning the vaca part. Is is possible you could reschedule your vaca??

What state are you in? where I am (NY) I knew a few people personally who benefited from this. Depends on the hospitals. Very few Hospitals do it here in NY I think.
