   That’s okay! I’m going to call HR tomorrow. Last question for you. When your professor sent you the letters through pdf you were essentially able to read the letter before submitting them right? It wasn’t confidential or anything like that?

   Thank you for responding! So it would be okay for me to open the letter and scan it and submit it? I was just anxious that it would be unethical as I keep hearing the letter is confidential.
