   They have a lot of the "For Dummy" books that help you navigate things like acids and bases and chemistry etc. it really helped me when I was learning about electrolytes.

   I think it's good you are talking about it. It really sounds like nursing is for you but this unit isn't. Usually people want a good year under your belt before looking. If you like the hospital you are in maybe start putting out feelers.

   This just sounds off. We put in whatever size we think is best. Our order just says put in foley. We always bring two sizes to the bedside just in case.

   I love taking to them because you can talk shop without editing out medical jargon. However, when they come into my sandbox and stop the tube feed because they thought patient was getting too much then I draw the line.
