   How do the NTP an FQ compare and contrast? How long is the application to selection board, since FQ is 2x/year instead of 1.? i'm not very familiar wit military nursing, so I'm very inclined to know more

   I worked MedSurg from Jan-March 2015 and ED March-Now 2015. Would that make me eligible for the February board? Also, what if I went Reserve route, would that increase my chances of lateraling into the active side?
