I am looking for ideas of projects that you have initiated in your department that had a big impact on patients or staff. Examples are specific patient education programs, intercontinental rounding, etc. Thanks!

IDT rounding in the inpatient setting has a big positive impact on patients and staff. By the way, if this is homework, the best way to find out more information is for you to read your textbook or a textbook for generalities, then research the information using professional journals. Coming here and asking us is not a good form of research to support evidence based practices.... Good luck!

Jun 19, 2015 In what capacity do you work where you can implement "new ideas"? It may help to talk about yourself more so that people on here can point you in the right direction. An idea is only as good as a line staff or nurse leader's ability/authority to implement the idea. By the way, I am far from cynical, which is why I responded to your question in the first place. You look new, at least only writing two posts makes you seem new. New people tend to come here for homework answers and do not bother to introduce themselves, as is the case with you.
