MedSurg Certification

Hello there!  I just wonder how is Medsurg certification exam? is it similar to NCLEX?  How did you study for it?  Thanks!

    I took it twice and passed both times years ago.  It's easier than NCLEX but similar.  I used a study guide book which you can get on Amazon, but there might be some online practice tests out there as well now.  Good luck!

    The AACN, ENA, BCEN, ANCC are good places to start. You can also Google nursing specialty certifications and a plethora of results will pop up. It depends on your area of expertise.
