MedSurg2 [Acute Care Nursing]

I was wondering if anyone had any tips, notes, webpages, pretty much anything i dont have to spend a fortune on to get notes for my medsurg2/acute care course coming up. I am not currently working so funds are tight, and most assistive books are on the expensive side. I would greatly appreciate if someone could lead me in the right direction for notes/study guides. Thanks

See the sticky threads, mostly on this forum, and some on the General Nursing Student Discussion Forum. They always appear at the very top of the thread listings for a forum. Those threads were made stickys because they contain lots of helpful weblinks for the express purpose of helping students who cannot afford to buy a lot of extra supplemental books.

Your medsurg book should help you with critical care/acute. I used my medsurg books, when I was a freshman, we had went over those subjects and it was a great source for me. Also, check amazon for used books, do you know any former students? maybe they have books.
