I'm curious To see how your agency does this. Most agencies I have worked for start the week on Sunday and end on Saturday. The agency I'm at currently starts the Medicare week on what ever day the soc/revert date is... So if I start a patient on tuesday their week is tue thru mon. So every patient I have has a different week and boy that sure does complicate things, just wondering if anyone else does this?

All three agencies I have worked for do Sun-Sat. I may be wrong but I think the agency has the ability to choose what their "week" will be, but that is must be consistent, not different for each patient.

Have worked for 3 agencies in 20 years. All were Sun-Sat. I can't imagine trying to keep it straight the way you describe.
