A nurse can be carry out designated medical procedure like pap smears or office manager in a health care office can be trained carry out designated medical procedures like to give allergy shots after after the training. The physician retains ultimate responsibility for the performance of these acts. the delegation of acts should be allowed ? how to know that the person performing the procedure has received adequate training?
