A nurse can be carry out designated medical procedure like pap smears or office manager in a health care office can be trained carry out designated medical procedures like to give allergy shots after after the training. The physician retains ultimate responsibility for the performance of these acts. the delegation of acts should be allowed ? how to know that the person performing the procedure has received adequate training?

Do you have any view on it?

I'm not doing your homework. I would just like to know if you're really from Canada, because these questions do not make sense for a Canadian nurse.

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

My views are irrelevant to your homework. Your statements don't make sense for a US or Canadian practical nursing student. In Canada scope of practice and what may be delegated is governed by the provincial college of nurses.
