Members are discussing the status of their job applications and interviews at various hospitals in the Dallas area. Some members are waiting to hear back from recruiters, while others are speculating about potential upcoming rounds of interviews and available positions, particularly in the medical-surgical unit. There is also mention of a new grad webinar and confusion about the hiring process.
Creating for Summer 2025 Cohort applicants

I went last cohort. It is very overwhelming. All HCA locations are in attendance. You check in and go to your assigned location's conference room. All the units are in 1 room. They got tables set up per unit with hiring managers. You pretty much interview with 20 other people at different tables around you.
They only ask you 3 or so questions, short and sweet. I only went to my scheduled interview, but I hear that it is best to wait around after or before for openings at other units (especially if you think your 1st interview went poorly). Come with 10-20 copies of resume.

This is so useful, thank you! Also, wow, only 3 questions? Are they behavioral type questions or about experience? Doesn't seem like a lot of time to make an impression 😕

Def come with lots of resumes....Literally everyone asked the same 3 questions. Tell me about urself...Explain a time you had to prioritize tasks....Why this unit?
@dfwnewgrad Thank you! Were you able to get an offer on the spot? Also, I only scheduled an interview for one unit and is it possible that I would interview for more other units?
