Med/Surg vs. Dermatology Company

Hi all! This is my very first post and I wanted to weigh in your opinions.

I recently moved and have recent med/surg experience. I've been working in that field for about 4.5 years now and wanted to switch up my field in nursing. I am signing up to work at a skincare/dermatology company and I'm pretty excited about it.

The only thing is if I work here for about 1-2 years or more, will I still be marketable to go back to the hospital setting as a med/surg nurse if I decided to go back?

What are your thoughts or has anyone had this dilemma before?
