do you have a Nclex review book? Answering the questions in my review book really helped me alot because its the exact type of questions they ask on our tests (I have Saunders comprehensive review). I also do the review questions on the companion website to my textbook. The more Nclex type questions you answer the better you get at them. Good luck!

We had a seminar on this a few weeks ago by a company who helps write the nclex questions. A few tips from her........remember ASSESS ASSESS ASSESS.........usually go with the least invasive choice.........always remember patient advocacy should be of utmost importance.
The book is "Good Thinking" second edition. Written by Susan G. Poorman, Melissa L. Mastorovich (our seminar presenter) and Cheryl A. Webb, and Karen L. Molcan.
It is a very helpful book.

If you don't have a NCLEX study guide, get one. Make sure it qualifies the answers by explaining which is the "best" and why. If you read enough of this material, you start thinking in the "best right answer" mode.
