Med Surg interview topics

Hi everyone,

Are there some common interview questions they ask when it is a med surg position? Any pointers would be appreciated- wanting to get interview ready for when it is time :)

My last interview was entirely about clinical scenarios. What would I assess? What would I do? Would I call or not call? What would I say? How would I prioritize? What labs would I look at? What might be the contributing factors? This questioning went on for 1.25 to 1.5 hours.

I had been studying the mission statement, difficult situations that I had overcome and that "Tell me about yourself." question. They didn't ask for any of it! ...but I did get a job offer :)
