Okay everyone I need to vent :angryfire I have been in a med-surg abyss since the semester started in January. The teacher is unorganized and so is the way that she teaches. I study really hard and I make so-so grades on test and quizes. So many times I have had to rethink why I am even doing this. Clinicals was good for me and an awesome learning experience. Usually I have to just review my notes for the final but now I have to relearn everything that I thought I had learned through the semester because I feel as if I had not gained anything.
Well, I feel much better now that I have gotten that off my chest. Thanks to everyone who listens.:balloons:

You're preachin' to the choir! I'm right with ya! Med-surg has been the worst so far for me. This term is unlike any of my previous terms in nursing school & I'm hating it. Only a few more weeks to go though...as long as I pass, I'll be fine.
I think. :)
THANKS AMYLIZ . IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS AND YOU ARE RIGHT IT WILL BE OVER IN A FEW WEEKS :balloons: . I JUST GOT THROUGH TALLYING UP MY GRADES TO DETERMINE WHAT I NEED TO MAKE ON THE FINAL TO PASS THE CLASS. RIGHT NOW I HAVE A 75 AND THE FINAL IS WORTH 40 PERCENT. THERE IS HOPE....I THINK!!
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON THE FINALS .

My Fundamentals was on a Med/Surg unit, I work on a Med/Surg unit, and I *just* finished my clinicals in Med/Surg 1, even though lecture isn't over with yet.
