I'm getting my first scrubs in preparation for starting nursing school in the fall. I tried on every brand and style of bottoms at my local scrubs store, and really liked Med Couture. The problem is it fits perfectly right now-- fitted in the hips and rear, but still super comfortable when I bend or squat. If it shrinks, though, it will probably be a little too tight. So... will it shrink washed on cold and dried on low? 55% cotton.
I also really liked IguanaMed MedFlex II-- super comfortable, but a baggier fit. Maybe that's better in general so I don't have to worry about shrinking? Only 33% cotton (I generally prefer natural, breathable fabrics). Thoughts?

I have a ton of Med Couture scrubs and I have not had any problems with them shrinking.

Currently, I air dry my scrubs because even low on our apartment supplied dryer is really hot. I might try machine drying when we move in a few months and I get my good dryer back.

Love my Med Couture and have not had any problems. I too tend to air dry my scrubs.
