MDS & OBRA Resident Calendars Needed

I'm wondering if any experienced MDS Coordinators would like to share with me the OBRA & MDS Calendars that you use to plot medicare/hmo and long term care residents onto on a daily basis. Some coordinators do this handwritten and/or computerized. EX: resident name, assessment type, ard, mds completed (r2b date),raps completed (vb2), care plan decision (vb4), careplan date, etc. I'd appreciate any help that I can get. Thank-you professional12:wink2:3

i would be glad to forward these to you, but this is going to sound silly. i am new to this site so how do i forward attachments to you?

Hi,

Save your documents under my documents that you want to forward to me and title them so you can easily identify the files. You can send me the files by e-mail. The easiest would be to send them directly to me and not through allnurses.com. You will notice the word attach or attachment at the top of the e-mail screen. Click on that and it directs you to browse. On the left you'll see recent documents, my documents and so forth. Make sure that my documents is selected or else you won't see the file you want to send me. When you see the file name click on that. Next click on open and this attaches the file and you should see it below the subject line. All you do after this is click send and I should receive it. If you have any trouble let me know. Thank-you

Nightmare.....Moderator.[i would be glad to send these to you in a private email, but i don't have access to your email:sniff:]

I can't give my private e-mail address but if you scroll down under the reply to thread box, you'll notice a manage attachments choice. You can click on that and you can upload them to your reply back to me. I hope this helps:wink2:
